Guardian Circles - Veteran & Black Woman-Owned 

Dear Program Officer or Foundation Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to introduce Guardian Circles, an operational, privacy-first personal safety application built for women, with zero-data-monetization and a local-first safety ecosystem, and also to inquire about potential grant funding opportunities through your foundation.

As a Black woman and a military Veteran, I utilized my background in logistics, which is the detailed process of planning, organizing, and managing the movement, storage, and flow of goods, resources, and information from their point of origin to their final destination, to design Guardian Circles. While mainstream safety applications harvest and profit off the location data of vulnerable users, our application processes all sensitive safety logs, incident reports, and location data entirely on the user's local device.

We are currently seeking funding $10,000 to $50,000 to build out our next critical feature: an integrated Background and Predator Screening tool. This will allow women navigating online dating, late-night commutes, or rideshares to discreetly cross-reference localized public criminal registries in real time, preventing dangerous encounters before they happen.
